Cajun Chicken Sandwich

This is a really easy sandwich to make and it's very good.

First you take a boneless, skinless chicken breast and grill it...use a typical marinade like Worcestershire if you want, or don't.

Take an onion, and either wrap it in aluminum fold, coat it in butter and put it on the grill or sautee it on the skillet with some butter.

Once the chicken is done, slice it up into small cubes (similar to a caramel square). Then be generous with the Tony's and get the chicken speckled on all sides.

Take some hoagie buns, put a layer of mayo on, then the chicken, then the cooked onion. That's it.
