Here's a quick and simple recipe my wife came up with.
Take some fish...we used tilapia, but use whatever fish you want. Clean it and put it in a bowl. Lightly sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Then take a beer (about 1/4 beer per fish), we used Bud Light Lime, and soak the fish for about an hour.
Start up the grill and place the fish on the grill over aluminum foil/or a grill plate with holes in it. Once they've been on the grill for a couple minutes, spread a light coat of butter on the fish. Then sprinkle with seasoned salt for flavor. Grill the fish for 10-15 minutes depending on how hot your grill is and enjoy.
